NIRCEE is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone, Linping District, Hangzhou City, a national-level tourist city. It has a plant area covering 230,000 square meters and total project investment of RMB 278 million. NIRCEE owns advanced production and detection equipment including plate flexible product lines, digital assembly lines of low voltage draw-out units, general assembly lines of digital medium & high voltage switchgear and others as well as efficient digital management system - the digital enterprise command center of the plant.
